Maybe different trans/gender groups who have websites online should have advertising banners to promote projects/organisations run by community members too. Depending on what type of business it is, paying for advertising could be seen as an investment (unles it's like most of our community orgs - not-for-profit)

join up on fetlife.com and search appropriate groups and post in there eg casting calls australia
